While we lived in CT, my wife started our search for a new home in Vero Beach online and Melissa was the first, by a long shot, to reach out and contact us. She immediately impressed us with her expertise and professionalism. We made an appointment and flew down to start our search. We met Melissa and she showed us some properties, that we had asked her to, that were within our price range. Those were not to our liking she noted that I was wearing a Tommy Bahama shirt and asked if she could show us some homes that she thought were more in tune with that "lifestyle". She hit two home runs the next day (Saturday) and Monday we made our first bids. One bid was accepted and then she helped negotiate a deal for some of the furniture to be included in the deal. We signed and closed a week later. Because the previous owner needed 2 months to settle her affairs Melissa found us a super temporary rental nearby where we are currently staying and has been a great experience as well. All in all I would rate her the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with, hardworking, knowledgeable and fun! I have already recommended her to friends also looking in the area. I met Melissa at an Open House two years ago before I was seriously looking to purchase a home. Since then, she kept me posted about upcoming sales that met my criteria.
