I have been looking for a home to purchase for over 6 months. I met Melissa at an Open House two years ago before I was seriously looking to purchase a home. Since then, she kept me posted about upcoming sales that met my criteria. As a result, Melissa was the Realtor that I chose to work with when we were ready to buy. Originally we were interested in another community but Melissa introduced us to the Collier Club Community, where we immediately found our new home. Melissa and her team are very professional. They did an excellent job guiding us through the process from our opening bid to final closing. I have have bought and sold homes in the past but this was, without a doubt, the smoothest transaction I ever experienced.

I was very reluctant to put my house on the market after talking with three realtors, each of them had the same story line; "houses in your neighborhood are selling between $225K to $245K and that I can't see asking more since it may sit on the market too long and then you never would sell". I had mentioned I would be selling my house after the first of the year and he also said he was as well and I should use his realtor. She did exactly as the realtors I talked with, listed at mid range and try and get a bidding war. It was obvious we all want the most we can get for our homes but he found out what mine sold for over his home which had more square footage and he had remodeled most everything....he started posting approvals for Melissa Murphy.... a sad situation there are so many Realtors who care less about their clients and more about making a quick sale. The entire process I experienced with Melissa was 'seamless', simple, easy and smooth right up to the closing. I wish Melissa the best and know she will continue on with her experience and insight.

I saw a newly listed house and contacted Melissa. She put me in touch with a mortgage company immediately. After running the numbers I called her back and we put an offer on the house. It took one hour. The next morning my offer was accepted. She came to my house the very next day, took pictures and listed my house the following day. She had my house under contract in 3 days. From the first phone call to closing date, 32 days. Always responsive to my texts and questions. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and friendly. We were out-of-state buyers who weren’t very familiar with the area. Melissa didn’t just show us houses. She went to the trouble to explain the differences in various areas, lifestyles, traffic, etc. When we found a property we wanted, Melissa and her team helped us through the process of finding various professionals; setting up appointments & getting it all in place.
